He was predeceased by: his parents, Earl Owen and Mae Sullivan Owen; his brother Fred; and his son Joe Bob. He is survived by: his pet Maggie; his wife Jimmalie; his sons, Donny and Danny of Texas; his sister Marcha Rasco of Texas; his stepchildren, Debbie Morris of Utah, Ron Davis, Jr. of California and Matt Davis of Arizona; and his granddaughter Amanda. He is also survived by many great-grandchildren as well as many cousins.
