He was predeceased by: his parents, Douglas Collins Clark and Lillian Smith Clark; his sons, Richard, William and Collins Clark; and his granddaughter Sheena Truscott.
He is survived by: his wife Pat; and his daughters, Tammy Carter (Doug), Sherry Truscott (Clayton), Angie Lewis (Danny), Teresa Tom (Clay), Jennifer Guymon (Brady) and Missy Niskala. He is also survived by 16 grandchildren and 25 great grandchildren.
