He was predeceased by: his parents, Floyd Garrett and Norma Garrett; and his grandson Jordan Garrett. He is survived by: his wife Gayle Johnson Garrett; his children, Kyle (Suzette), Kevin (Cheryl), Allen (Tonya), Scott (Marney), Eric (Erica), Todd (Haley), Tiffani (Mike) and Angelene (Brian); his sister Bonnie Smith; and his sister-in-law Connee Garrett. He is also survived by his children, grandchildren, and great grandchildren.
