He was predeceased by: his parents, Stan Pratt and Jenny Berg Pratt. He is survived by: his wife Shauna Joyce Gustafson; and his children, Clyde Pratt of Magna, Utah, Sandra Kingston (Dale) of Florence, Oregon, Melissa Pratt of Cedar City, Utah, Jared Pratt of Cedar City, Utah, Amy Mast (Dusty) of Ivans, Utah and Cory Pratt of Cedar City, Utah.. He is also survived by his 16 grandchildren and 4 great-grandchildren.
