He was predeceased by: his parents, K. C. Chamberlain and Vyonne Chamberlain; and his wife Della Chamberlain. He is survived by: his children, Travis Chamberlain of Parowan, Amber Chamberlain Mitchell of Cedar City and Chad Chamberlain (Ashlee) of Tooele, Utah.; and his siblings, Paul Chamberlain (Christine) of Henderson, Brenda Chamberlain of Parowan, Utah., Carol Williamson of Parowan, Utah., Allison Robinson of Parowan, Utah. and Vicki Plough of Parowan, Utah.. He is also survived by 8 grandchildren.
