She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Michalk and Marilyn Michalk (Farnsworth); and her siblings, Robbie Michalk and Patty Hamby. She is survived by: her husband Terry Johnson; her children, Nephi Johnson (Ashley), Sylvan Johnson (Elizabeth), Taliah Byers (Alex), Aubrey Rowley (Tim), Tiana Shelley (Alex), Theron Johnson (Kendra) and Leilani Julander (Michael); and also, Barbie Walls, Heather Warner, Tammi Shisler, Lorri Doucet and Jeffrey Michalk. She is also survived by 18 grandchildren.
