She is survived by: her husband Robert Tryon (Roy); her sons, Joshua Tryon (Holly) of Colorado Springs, CO and Matthew Tryon (Kimberly) of Enoch, UT; her siblings, Lorin Wes Sanderson, June Saxton (Dan) of Battle Ground, WA, Debra Bruce (Weldon) of Pilot Point, TX and Jenifer Sanderson-Bowles of Mount Pleasant, UT.; and also, Robert Farley (Cathy) of Brighton, IA, Amy Hart (Steve) of Woodland Park, CO, Sam Tryon (Wendy) of Riverside, IA, John Tryon (Kate) of Davenport, IA, Hannah Smith (Jeff) of Mt. Pleasant, UT, Rosa Zerkle (Cleon) of Mt. Pleasant, UT, Abraham Sanderson (Hastings) of Orem, UT and Jessica Sanderson Quinn of Salem, OR..
Up until Covid and later her failing health, Peggy's favorite associations were with a group of five older sisters in her neighborhood who called themselves 'The Golden Girls'.
Since she moved here to Cedar City in 2007, she knitted and donated over a dozen of her beautiful baby blankets every year to the Battered Women's Shelter.
