She was predeceased by: her parents, Byron Maxim Gorman and Mary Elizabeth Syrett; and her siblings, Thomas Henry Gorman and Therese Margaret Gorman. She is survived by: her former husband Hal M. Slack; her great grandchildren, Lihue and Corry (Red Lored Amazon); and her siblings, Sharon Webb (Gayle) and Gary Gorman. She is also survived by 16 Grandchildren.
