He was predeceased by: his brother Patrick. He is survived by: his parents, Dan and Jill; and his brothers, Tony (Angie) and Paul (Jennifer). He is also survived by three nieces and three nephews; aunts, uncles, and cousins; and countless friends.

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to TURN Community Services in Cedar City, specifying that it should go to the Lighthouse Art and Learning Center.
