She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Simcox and Juanita Simcox; and her sister Sherry. She is survived by: her son Zac; her stepson Jeremy; her grandson Daron; and her husband Walter Mains.
Visitation was held on Thursday, April 17th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Southern Utah Mortuary (190 N 300 W, Cedar City, UT 84720).
