He was predeceased by: his parents, Edgar Slack and Frances Slack; his siblings, Boyd, Robert and Patricia Swanson; and his great grandchild Charli Willow Jourdan.
He is survived by: his wife Lynne Seegmiller Slack; his children, Traci Francisco (Clay), Grant Slack (Connie) and Hollie Woods (Jeremy); his granddaughter Michelle Slack; and his siblings, Wilma Anderson, Bruce Slack, Claude Slack (Kathy), Kathy Danise (Ralph), Gloria Gifford and Wendy Frehner. He is also survived by 17 grandchildren, 16 great grandchildren.
Viewing will be held on Friday, January 24th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM, on Saturday, January 25th 2025 from 9:30 AM to 10:30 AM and from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM. A funeral service will be held on Saturday, January 25th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the LDS Chapel (2015 N Wedgewood Ln, Cedar City, UT 84721).
