He is survived by: his mother Carol Ellertson Theobald; his former spouse Gale Snyder; his pet Scrappy; his brother Ron Theobald (Kathy); his brother-in-law Steven Bratton; his children, Keely Ball (Chris), Meleisha (Brian Songer), Jason, Christopher (Mandy) and Travis Theobald (Tiffany Werner); his stepchildren, Donald Allen and Crystal Allen; his grandchildren, Ryan, Riley, Reagan, Cassidy (Tony), Nikki, Payten, Addison, Hudson, Stephan and Mila; and his great grandchild Myles.
