He is survived by: his children, Debbie Jackman (Eric) of Kentucky, Lorrie Middleton (Jeff) of Cedar City, Calvin Pickett (Tammi) of Cedar City and Steve Pickett (Jill) of Cedar City. He is also survived by 16 grandchildren and 16 great grandchildren.
