He is survived by: his wife Carol Gardner; his daughters, DeAnn, Carrie and Jennifer; and his siblings, Kerry Perkins, Susan Perkins and Patty Whittaker. He is also survived by his wife, three daughters, 11 grandchildren, 8 great-grandchildren.
