He is survived by: his wife Jeannie Johansen; his children, Lori Blackburn of St. George, Michael Blackburn of Cedar City and Garry Blackburn (Jennifer) of Cedar City; his grandchildren, Brizi Blackburn (Tyler Billiot), Grant Blackburn, Garen Blackburn and Chalese Blackburn; and his siblings, Helen Willden of American Fork, Lilly Harris of Lehi and Dee Perry of Payson Utah.
