She was predeceased by: her parents, Marcine Davis and Sylva Davis; her husband Douglas Thomas; her brother-in-law Donald Munk; and also, Ruth Hoopes, Margaret Riley, Josephine Killiam, Eldon Thomas, Audrey Harris, Shirley Ashworth, Alice Swindlehurst, Dan Thomas, Nell Smith, Virginia Gillins, Helen Thomas, Jack Rehnstrom and Neil Rehnstrom.
She is survived by: her children, Janet, Paula Spencer (Owen) of Beaver, UT and David Thomas (Janet Clark) of Cedar City, UT; her grandchildren, Benjamin Spencer (Amber), Jeremy Spencer (Sophie), Brittney Mejia (Adam), Clinton Thomas, Chad Thomas (Kelly), Courtney Phillips (Joseph), Cassidy Thomas, Hayden Clark (Mikaela), Austin Clark (Shay), Makenzie Roney (Kody) and Madison Clark; her sisters, Norma Thomas (Harlan) of Milford, UT and Evelyn Munk; and her sister-in-law AnnaMae Thomas. She is also survived by her children and their spouses, but had a greater love for her grandchildren and now great-grandchildren.
