He was predeceased by: his parents, Archie Zeigner and Thelma Zeigner (Autum); his sister Rosalie; and his stepbrother Alvin. He is survived by: his siblings, Don Zeigner of Milton Freewater, Judy Davis of Hemet, Calif and Linda Butler of Kauai; his stepsiblings, Gary Zeigner of Indiana and Shirley Angeleri of California; his significant other Gayle Joy Carpenter; his children, William Anthony Petsche (Tony), Dennis Ray Petsche and Djuana Gae Carpenter; his uncle Kenny; his children, Danny Petsche (Mo) of Uintah, UT and Shauna Strand (David) of Homestead, FL; his brother Jerald Carpenter of Cedar City, UT; his grandchildren, Tony Jr., Tabatha Olive, Brandon, Michael, Christopher, Maegan, Robbyn, CeCe, Gracie, Izzy Joy, Jami Lynn, Sean and Shane; and his siblings, Alvin, Baby Zeigner and Rosaile Zeigner Workman. He is also survived by several great-grandchildren, many, many more nieces nephews.
Viewing was held on Friday, February 14th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the Southern Utah Mortuary (190 N 300 W, Cedar City, UT 84720). A funeral service was held on Friday, February 14th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location. A graveside service was held on Friday, February 14th 2025 at the Enoch City Cemetery.
