He was predeceased by: his parents, Hobart Cook and Nellie Harmon Cook; his wife Edna Lucille Wainscott Cook; his son Kenneth Cook, Jr; his brothers, Harold and Darold Cook; his son-in-law Joseph Rodriguez; and his grandson Stephen Forrester.
He is survived by: his daughters, LaDonna King (Joseph) of Kanarraville, UT and Karen Rodriguez of Round Rock, TX. He is also survived by his 5 grandchildren, 9 great grandchildren, and 1 great grandchild.
