He was predeceased by: his wife Garfae Riddle; his sons, Kenneth Paul Middleton (Rosemary) and Richard Kay 'Rick Middleton; and his brother Robert 'Bob Middleton. He is survived by: his siblings, Francis Holland and Sylva Knell Middleton; his children, Laurel Cosslett (Rod) and Tamara 'Tami Middleton; his grandchildren, John Middleton (Natalie), Krystal Nydegger (Dan), Angela Martinez (Jesus), Erin McBride (Jed), LeAnn Atwood (Kent), Keri Twitchell (Brandon), Tasha Poitevint, Nicole Shannon (Thomas), Alexa Middleton, Brianne Middleton and Ridge Middleton; and his daughter-in-law Rosemary Ence Middleton.
