It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Kathleen Dalley (Cedar City, Utah), who passed away on December 14, 2019, at the age of 74, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Hyrum Ivan and Susannah Jones Dalley; her siblings, Mary Jane Rasmussen and Ivan Leon Dalley; her siblings-in-law, Pat Dalley and Kenneth Vern Aston; and her nephews, Jeff and Craig Dalley.
She is survived by: her siblings, Bonnie Aston, David J Dalley (Rene) and Maxine Munson (Scott); and her brother-in-law Paul Rasmussen (Peggy).
