With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Joyce Vandever (Cedar City, Utah), born in Minonk, Illinois, who passed away on April 23, 2021 at the age of 85. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her son Conrad; her grandson Scott; and her great grandchild Kyle. She is survived by: her boyfriend Neal Lundberg; and her daughters, Sandee Palluck and Connie Cowley. She is also survived by 4 daughters, 15 grandchildren and countless great and great-great grandchildren.
