He was predeceased by: his parents, James "Jim" Turner and Judy Turner; and his grandparents, Clayton, Anna Turner, Alvin and Louise Maxwell.

He is survived by: his daughters, Brittany Houston (Whitney) and Jordan Turner; and his siblings, Jill Leslie (Lee), Jayley Griffin (Gaden), Jason Turner (Stacey), Jeremy Turner (Ann), Justin Turner (Sharline) and Josh Turner (Kristin). He is also survived by seven grandchildren and many nieces, nephews.
