He was predeceased by: his parents, Hugh Goff and Goldie Rose Goff; and his brother Rex Goff. He is survived by: his wife Jolene Webster Goff of Cedar City, UT; and his children, David Nelson Goff (Julie) of Las Vegas, NV, Stacey Goff Lindburg (Brad) of Las Vegas, NV and Ryan Jerry Goff (Holly) of Cedar City, UT. He is also survived by 9 grandchildren, and 1 great grandchild.
