He is survived by: his wife Jennifer Wilkinson; his siblings, Keely Ball (Chris), Meleisha Allen (Brian Songer), Christopher Theobald (Mandy) and Travis Theobald (Tiffany Werner); his brother-in-law Donald Allen; his grandmother Carol Theobald; his nieces and nephews, Ryan, Riley Ball, Stephen Ampier, Hudson Theobald, Cassidy (Tony Loyola), Nikki Allen, Payten, Addi Theobald and Reagan Ball; and his great-nephew Myles Loyola.
