He was predeceased by: his parents, Ivan Rowley and Lela Davis Rowley; his daughter Cheryl Tolley; his granddaughter Mindy White; and his sisters, Maxine Fielding and Mildred Jackson.
He is survived by: his sons, Rodney of Draper and Kyle (Patricia) of Manti, Utah.; and his wife Barbara Tanner Rowley. He is also survived by 9 grandchildren, 14 great grandchildren and 3 great-great grandchildren.
