He was predeceased by: his parents, Samuel Houston and Estelle Thompson (Turner); his former wife Geraldine Bringhurst; and his sister Mary Mayworm. He is survived by: his wife Marva; his children, Susan Gunn (Stephen) of Cedar City, Jan Gable (Robert) of Anchorage, Ala and Steve (Linda) of Cedar City; his stepdaughters, Nauleen Gaede (Dennis) of Parowan and Wendy Chapin (John) of Panguitch; and his sister Dorthy Bohenkamp of Island City, OR.
