He was predeceased by: his wife Anne; his brother Thayne; his daughter Retta; and his great grandchild Nona. He is survived by: his parents, George Elmer Judd and Elva Matilda Hansen; his children, LuAnne (Eric Brown), David (Lynnette), Jeannine (Keenan Hart), Charles (Shauna) and Sharon Judd; and his sister Shirlyn Frost. He is also survived by five children, 24 grandchildren and 54 great grandchildren.
