With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Hal Gene Gale of Cedar City, Utah, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on December 31, 2024 at the age of 77. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his mother Martha Alice Talbot; his significant other Connie Smith Gale; his father Albert Gale; his brothers, Ron Gale, Arnell Gale, Paul Gale, Doug Gale and Lyle Gale; and his sisters-in-law, Fran Gale and Madalyn Gale.
He is survived by: his daughters, Catrina Braegger (Jeremy) and Amy Giddings (Bart); his grandchildren, Brett, Austin, Megan and Taylee; his siblings, Dave Gale of Cedar City, UT, Steve Gale Beaver (Kathy) and Annette Fullmer Washington (Jerry); and his sisters-in-law, Gayle, Karen, Vickie Gale Jacobsen and Lisa Smith. He is also survived by 7 great-grandchildren.
Viewing was held on Monday, January 6th 2025 from 9:30 AM to 10:30 AM at the Southern Utah Mortuary (190 N 300 W, Cedar City, UT 84720). A funeral service was held on Monday, January 6th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A burial was held on Monday, January 6th 2025 at 1:15 PM at the Mountain View Cemetery.
