She was predeceased by: her parents, Ronald V. Carter and Velma Priest; her husband Glen Charles Frandsen; her siblings, Della Reader, Richard Ellis Carter, Jim R Carter, Leah Lucille King and Frank Carter; and her grandchildren, Teresa Sorensen and GabriElla Genelle Frandsen.
She is survived by: her children, Charla Fern Sorensen (Scott), Ronald Kay Frandsen (Nancy) and Robert Joel "Joe" Frandsen (Stephanie); and her sister Jennie Clark. She is also survived by 3 children, 15 grandchildren, and 28 1/2 great grandchildren.
