He is survived by: his former wife Cheryl Marie Brenay; his sons, Curtis, Corey and Kelly; his former wife Charmaine Talea Shingleton; his daughters, Noelani and Kiara; his grandchildren, Chandy, Steven, Levi, Tyler, Mariah, Brittney, Ember, Kate, Abigail, Elizabeth, Emily and Ashley; and his great grandchildren, Taycee, Jaxon, Olivia, Logan, Luke and Serenity.
