He is survived by: his wife Marlo Hafen; his daughters, Brianne Montoya and Cheyenne Hafen; his mother Kaye Childers; his mother-in-law Delores Emerine; his sisters-in-law, Andreana Kloss and Carol Lefevre; and his granddaughter Nevaeh Montoya. He is also survived by his sisters, brothers, father, and father-in-law.
