He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul Adams and Louise Adams; his wife Barbara; and his sister Martha Henstrom. He is survived by: his children, Dorcas Woodward (Gene), Glynis Neves (Alan), Addison Adams (Dana) and Joshua Adams (Jamie); and his brother James.

Fred has asked that donations be made to the Utah Shakespeare Festival in lieu of flowers.
