He is survived by: his wife Nellie Zuliabell Flemons; his brother George I. Blackwell; and his children, Ken Blackwell (Rhonda), Kathy Shakespear (Vance), Carolynn Simmons (Jerry), Dwight Blackwell (Sue), Brent Blackwell (Brenda), Brenda Stevens (Mitch), Kristina Williams (Alan), Janelle Blackwell and Jennifer Suliafu (Daniel). He is also survived by 121 children, grandchildren, great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren as well as their 33 spouses.
