He was predeceased by: his parents, James Egbert Bonzo and Eliza Reese Bonzo; his wife Lorraine; his brothers, James Howard, Theron Reese, John Clifton, David Keith, Kenneth Clinton and Max Ray; and his sisters-in-law, Ione Davis Bonzo and Susan Brockmeier Bonzo.
He is survived by: his sister Mary Alene Prothero; his son Joshua Douglas; his daughter-in-law Amber Lyon; and his grandchildren, Anna Elizabeth, Kaitlyn Lorraine and Alexander Russell. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, grand-nieces, grand-nephews, and great grandnieces and great grandnephews.
