He is survived by: his wife Cyndi Hultin; his children, Nicole, Anderson (Jeff Anderson), Mike Hultin (Jordan Hultin) and Danny Hultin (Nadia Fahoum); his grandchildren, Hannah, Logan, Maddox, Owen and Bodhi; his sister Robin Welch; and his nephew Jason Welch.
