He is survived by: his parents, Kerry Wheelwright and Brenda Wheelwright; his daughters, Lexi and Alexi Lee; his siblings, Amber Day (Matt) and Aaron Wheelwright (Julie); and his grandparents, Dell of Cedar City and Edith Slack of Cedar City. He is also survived by three nieces and two nephews.
