She is survived by: her husband Randy Chamberlain of Cedar City; her children, Travis Chamberlain of Parowan, Amber Chamberlain Mitchell of Cedar City and Chad Chamberlain of Cedar City; and her siblings, Tony Merriman (Clair) of Camarillo, CA and Barbara Pulley (Wayne) of Apple Valley, CA..
