With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Delilah Carter of Cedar City, Utah, born in Rupert, Idaho, who passed away on May 16, 2021 at the age of 81. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Delilah Carter to pay them a last tribute.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Reed Larson and June Larson; and her sister Kaye Dawn Silcock (Richard). She is survived by: her husband Murlan Carter; her children, Scott Cater (Jana) of Enterprise, UT, Jeff Carter (Jane) of Cedar City, UT, Monique Batt (Brandon) of Cedar City, UT and Josh Carter (Michelle) of Diamond Valley, UT.; and her siblings, Beatrice Thurston (Irv), Lary Larson (Fran) and Lyndell Darrington (LaVell).
