He is survived by: his close friend Carol Ann; his siblings, Richard, Suzanne, Sharon and Stacey; his children, Mark David Oliver (Robert), Douglas Kendall Oliver (Theresa), Lisa Patria Oliver Pusey (Loren) of Lehi, Utah, Spencer Christian Oliver (Aimee), Jon Anthony Oliver (Lynne) and Jensina Victoria Oliver Christian (Nathan) of Shoreline, Washington; his grandchildren, Patria, Sarah, Jeremie, Hannah, Emma, Katie, Emily, Kendall, Jackson, Clara, Erin, Brooklynne, Freddy, Joey, Katelyn, Bridget, Ian, Aftyn, Jacob and Mathis; his great grandchildren, Selma, Henry, Phoebe, Ray, Jack, Rose, Esther, Alina and Chloe; and his brothers, Douglas and Scott.
