He was predeceased by: his parents, Ruth Leigh and William Robert Bentley; his stepfather Carl Cox; his sister Jula Rose DeMille (Dale); and his parents-in-law, Kenneth, Gertrude Reese, Helen, Phil Brinton and Elden Reese.
He is survived by: his sons, David Ray (Karen) and Kenneth W (Kathy); his grandchildren, Ryan, Nanette Ward, William, Danielle, Bryce David, RoseAnn Campbell and David Robert (Cheyenne); and his great grandchildren, Gage, CamBree, GalaXee, Colt, Greysen, Fiona and Sofia.
