She was predeceased by: her parents, James Knott and June Knott; and her brother Jerry. She is survived by: her husband Randy Fay of Beaver; her son Jesse Fay (Krystalynn) of Cedar City; her siblings, Yvonne Leilua of Cedar City, Ted Knott (Lynda) of Santa Clarita and Steve Knott of Tickfaw; and her grandchildren, Leilaigh, Bailey and Octavia of Cedar City. She is also survived by aunts, uncles, many nieces, nephews, and great nieces and nephews.
