He is survived by: his spouse Sheryl Bingham; his daughters, Kathy Ann and Susan Kaye; his wife Donna; his children, Rhonda Lawley (Dave) and Bill Worsfold (Shellie); his grandchildren, Amy Bentley (Breyde), Katie Lawley, Jake Worsfold and Annie Worsfold; and his sister Jenace Butcher (Bob).
