He was predeceased by: his parents, Lee Forsyth and Claudia Forsyth; and his sister Kristine Reese. He is survived by: his wife Patricia Ann Smith; and his children, Bryan Forsyth (Staci), Greg Forsyth (Debbie), Scott Forsyth (Jessica) and Kim Holyoak (Russ). He is also survived by 17 grandchildren, 20 great-grandchildren.
