It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Bill Kelsey (Cedar City, Utah), born in Beaver, Utah, who passed away on August 24, 2022, at the age of 78, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Mike Kelsey Sr. and Isabel Yardley Kelsey; his parents-in-law, Phil, Lola Roberts and Cec Wright; his siblings, Mike Kelsey Jr. and Emma Jane Davis; and his brother-in-law Dean Parsons.
He is survived by: his wife Kaye; his children, Todd, Joe (Diane), Robbie (Debbie) and Suzi Mariota (Fox); his grandchildren, Nathan, Linzi, Austin, Tyler, Taylor Harley (Kyle), Jacee, Siona, Kamri Griffith (Spencer) and Angel; his great grandchildren, Jadalyn, Kilynn, Emree and Michael; and his sisters, Bobbie Parsons and Susann Roundy (Doug). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
