She was predeceased by: her parents, Lawrence James Adams and Emily Augusta Dalton Adams; her daughters, Denise Pendleton and Bonnie Gurr; her great grandchild Sybil Sarager; her sons-in-law, Frank Fokkema and Chris Beaumont; and her siblings, Bruce Adams, Larry Adams, Helen Hansen, Joan Stewart and Renee Fife.
She is survived by: her children, Regalan Pendleton (Sherrie) of St. George, Lawrence Pendleton (Cindy) of Parowan and Rebecca Pendleton Fokkema of West Valley; and also Roger Gurr of Parowan, Utah.. She is also survived by her twelve grandchildren, thirty-eight great-grandchildren, thirteen great-great-grandchildren, and many nieces and nephews, cousins, and friends.
