She was predeceased by: her parents, Scott Worthen and Ada K. Owens Worthen; her children, Bradley Scott Rember and Virginia (Ginger); her grandchildren, Lindsey Diane Chavez and Daniel J. Fillerup; and her sons-in-law, Randy Helm and Steve Hafen.
She is survived by: her children, Patricia L. Chavez of Kanab, UT, Lori Fillerup (Arlan) of Cedar City, UT, Diane Hafen (late Steve) of Camarillo, CA and Lawrence A. Rember III (Betty Ann) of Cedar City, UT. She is also survived by 15 grandchildren and 37 great-grand-children.
