He was predeceased by: his parents, Lester Blake and Colleen Shakespeare Blake; his brother Alan Blake (Bobbie); and his son Curtis Blake. He is survived by: his close friend Robin Stratton; his children, Jay Blake, Eric Blake, Billy Blake, Gleniecia Lewis and Sarah Rodriquez; and his sisters, Carin Snyder (Everett), Arlene Cornelius (Bruce), Deborah Alcanter and Cherish Blake. He is also survived by many relatives and friends.
