He is survived by: his wife Linda LaRee Urie; his children, Lauri of Cedar City, Mike (Debra) of Federal Way, Pam Smith (Mike) of Cedar City, Tyler (Amy) of Cedar City, Shawn (Tiffany) of Cedar City and Zach (Kate) of Cedar City; and his siblings, Myra (Greg Mosdell) and Charles (Yoshiko) of Japan. He is also survived by 20 grandchildren and 17 great-grandchildren.
