She was predeceased by: her parents, Powell Stratton and Gretchen Stout Stratton; her husband Ray T. Stapley; and her siblings, Carl Johnson, LaRue, Elwin Dee, Lorin, Clell William and Anna Stratton Slack.
She is survived by: her children, Boyd Ray (Thelma), Belinda Laub (Kenneth) and A. Brad Stapley (Vickie); and her caregivers, Afton, Tony and Kim. She is also survived by her 3 children, 14 grandchildren, 33 great grandchildren and 15 great-great grandchildren.
