He was predeceased by: his parents, Lee Seeley and Lavonne Nordell of Ferron, UT; his brother Nolan Seeley of Castle Dale, UT; his son Dale Lee Seeley; and his grandchildren, Chad and Chelsea Cannon.
He is survived by: his wife Nedra Lorane Seeley; his daughter Stephanie Lorane Cannon; his son-in-law Scott Cannon; his grandchildren, Cory Lee Cannon, Kaylee Marie English and Nicole Carina Muir; his children-in-law, James English, Jared Muir and Amber Cannon; his great grandchildren, Ryder Cannon, Leo English, Lyla Cannon, Paisley Muir and Hazel English; his sister Sharon Gresham; and his brother-in-law Dean Gresham.
